Returns

As everything is printed on demand, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges due to storage and resale issues; however, if there is a problem with your product/ order, please email me at dxnart@outlook.com within 21 days of purchase, and I'll be sure to take care of it for you.

This return policy doesn't apply to personalised/ customised items such as paintings, drawings, graphic design, etc. Personalised items sales are final.

Refunds

Customers who received incorrect or faulty goods will be eligible for a refund subject to review. If you have any of these issues, please email me at dxnart@outlook.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged objects within 21 days of purchase, and I'll be sure to take care of it for you.
